Good luck, everyone, we want this to be fun! If your story is super scary please put that in a warning at the top. Stories can be about anything related to Halloween or Spooky Stuff, can be about being chased by werewolves or finding the perfect princess costume. Anything you want, so go nuts.

Story Guidelines (expanded):
- Halloween (or supernatural/spooky) specific
- SFW PG-13
- 3,000 word limit (Remember, this is a maximum, shorter is fine.)
- Submissions Close 23:59, Oct 29, Salem Standard Time, (EST for the literally inclined)
- Please only one entry story per participant, label “Halloween Contest Entry” somewhere prominent and post to this thread
- Members will have Oct 30th and much of 31st to read last minute entries and get their votes in
- Winner(s) will be announced approx. 18:00, Salem Time, Halloween night.

- I forgot to include, nobody is allowed to vote for their own story. That’s honor system, but we just have too few people. When the site gets bigger and this rule becomes impractical, it will be discarded, but for now, if you, understandably, think your own story is best, vote for whichever one you think is next best.
